Tessera Schedules is a service of Golden Gates, LLC ("we," "us," "our"). This policy explains how we handle information on our website and in our scheduling service.

When you contact us or request a demo, we collect what you give us — your name, role, school or district, email, and anything you write to us. When you visit our site, we automatically collect basic technical and usage information (like device type and pages viewed) through cookies.

We use your information to respond to you, run demos, follow up, and improve our site. We do not sell it.

Student information

When a school uses Tessera, we handle student, staff, and schedule data only to provide the service, and only as the school directs. The school owns and controls that data — we don't. We do not sell student data or use it for advertising. Parents or students who want to see, correct, or delete a student's information should contact their school. When we sign a data privacy agreement with a school, that agreement governs how we handle its student data.

Cookies

We use cookies to make the site work and to understand how it's used. You can control cookies in your browser settings. We don't use them for advertising.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business (such as our website host and scheduling tool), when required by law, or in connection with a business sale. We never sell your information.
